- Medicare (Original Medicare, not Medicare Advantage plans)
- I accept all credit cards, personal checks, or cash.
- Cancellations are allowed if made 24 hours or more in advance of your appointment. Otherwise you will be charged $85 on a credit card for the appointment if you fail to cancel by calling at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time.

Individual and Couples Counseling $175
